In March 2025, the Enag\u00e1s Corporate University officially opened the doors of its new headquarters, its own training project aimed at all its professionals.<\/p>\n

At a time of transformation such as the one the company is going through, the Corporate University plays a\u00a0fundamental role in the cultural and strategic change that is underway<\/strong>. It drives a shared vision that connects people to the organisation’s purpose, turning learning into a lever for real transformation.<\/p>\n

By\u00a0aligning talent development with business challenges<\/strong>, we cultivate a mindset of growth, innovation and collaboration that allows us to move with agility into the future.<\/p>\n

It is a\u00a0centre designed by the company<\/strong>\u00a0to channel and promote\u00a0the continuous learning of its employees<\/strong>. Its aim is to offer development pathways ranging from technical training to leadership, always aligned with the challenges of the energy transition.<\/p>\n

The Enag\u00e1s Corporate University is designed for the entire workforce: from new recruits to teams with a long track record that need to\u00a0update their knowledge in key areas<\/strong>\u00a0such as renewable hydrogen or\u00a0digitalisation<\/a>.<\/p>\n

For Enag\u00e1s CEO Arturo Gonzalo, “the Corporate University will help to promote the development of\u00a0Enag\u00e1s professionals’ talent,<\/a>\u00a0transmit a culture aligned with the organisation’s strategy, promote leadership and manage the company’s knowledge”.<\/p>\n

Enag\u00e1s Corporate University: a training hub for the energy transition<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Several dimensions come together in the design of the Corporate University:\u00a0corporate culture, technical training and leadership<\/strong>. With this structure, the company not only continues the work it has been carrying out through its Training School, which has been active for more than 16 years, but also extends its scope to strategic areas such as renewable hydrogen, LNG and BioLNG, and renewable ammonia.<\/p>\n

Collaboration with the Hydrogen Technology Observatory<\/strong>, created in 2024 and which already brings together more than seventy key players in the value chain, will be one of the differentiating elements. This joint work will allow Enag\u00e1s to transform its accumulated experience in the management of gas infrastructures into useful knowledge for deploying the future hydrogen network in Spain.<\/p>\n

The Enag\u00e1s Corporate University has three main sites: the corporate campus in Madrid, a technical training centre in San Fernando and a dedicated R&D space in Zaragoza<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The training model promoted by Enag\u00e1s is committed to\u00a0experiential and personalised learning<\/strong>. The company combines classroom training with digital methodologies and the use of artificial intelligence, which facilitates development pathways tailored to each professional. The idea is clear: that everyone can set their own pace, supported by state-of-the-art resources and platforms that are accessible at any time.<\/p>\n

From there,\u00a0individual development plans <\/strong>come into play, designed to identify strengths, work on areas for improvement and consolidate leadership competencies. Technical pathways<\/strong>\u00a0have also been created in areas such as prevention, environment and infrastructure operation, which are essential to ensure safe and quality performance.<\/p>\n

To this end, the Corporate University has agreements with best in class business schools and educational institutions which, through more collaborative learning models, enable it to offer professionals top-level programmes in all areas of training, as well as to promote the development of knowledge through projects.<\/p>\n

Enag\u00e1s promotes the presence of women in senior positions<\/strong><\/h2>\n

One of the most important pillars of the Enag\u00e1s Corporate University is the promotion of a diverse and inclusive culture. Among other initiatives, the company has launched specific programmes aimed at strengthening the presence of women in positions of responsibility<\/strong>, as well as training events dedicated to fostering female talent in the STEM field and thus promoting greater diversity. In addition,\u00a0coaching and mentoring initiatives <\/strong>foster top-down and bottom-up learning that enriches the entire organisation.<\/p>\n
